No. Every organisation has completely isolated data. Your documents, conversations, and embeddings are never accessible to other customers. We enforce isolation at the application, database, and query level.
No. Ozzio uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Your documents are stored as searchable vectors, and the assistant retrieves relevant information before answering. We do not fine-tune models on your data.
The assistant is designed to answer only from your approved knowledge base. When it cannot find relevant information, it clearly says so and directs the user to contact your team. You can set a confidence threshold.
Ozzio is built with privacy-by-design principles that support POPIA compliance: data minimisation, customer-controlled deletion, consent for lead capture, and audit trails. However, compliance also depends on how you configure and use the platform.
Yes. You can create a widget, configure its appearance and greeting, set allowed domains, and embed it with a simple JavaScript snippet. The widget works on desktop and mobile.
PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, and Markdown files are supported in the first version. The system is designed to add more formats easily. Files are validated by content, not just extension.
